Tsz-Nga “Russell” Wong is a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve System. He previously worked at the Bank of Canada and Queen’s University. Russell’s research on finance and banking can be found in industry periodicals, such as Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Monetary Economics, Journal of Economic Theory, and others. He serves as an associate editor of academic journals and an organizer of the cryptocurrency webinar series, CB&DC. Russell earned his Ph.D. in Economics in 2012 from Washington University in St. Louis.
