Li Zou is International Director at the Center for Social Development and Co-Director of the Next Age Institute at Washington University in St. Louis. Zou has spearheaded CSD’s and NAI’s efforts to advance asset-building policies and child development accounts worldwide. A specialist in asset-based social development strategies, she has consulted for governments in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, South Korea, Singapore, and Azerbaijan. As director of the $12.5 million YouthSave Project, she facilitated asset accumulation for over 150,000 youth in Colombia, Ghana, Kenya, and Nepal. An accomplished coeditor and author, Zou holds an MSW and MBA from Washington University.
