Karavikar is currently a Diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Kingdom of Thailand, serving as First Secretary at the Royal Thai Embassy located in Berlin, Germany. She was a member of the first cohort of McDonnell Academy Scholars, and an alumnus of Academy partner, Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. After graduation with her MBA/MSW from Washington University, Karavikar served in several roles, including management trainee at Unilever and co-partner at Molberi. She moved on to serve as a conventional arms disarmament officer for the Department of International Organizations, Peace, Security and Disarmament Division. She then served in the Department of East Asian Affairs before her current position.
