Ian Trivers

Ian Trivers, PhD, is a Zuckerman Post-Doctoral Fellow jointly with the Sam Fox School and the Fair Transport Lab at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Current research focuses on a neglected but important topic in transport research: bus stops. He aims to examine bus stops not only as a vital element of public transport of a fair transport system, but also explore their potential as urban design elements that shape  urban form and promote livability. Other research interests and activities include urban redevelopment and design, urban vacancy and shrinking cities, and sustainable urbanism.
