Letter of Invitation

This form is a request for an Official Invitation Letter issued by the McDonnell International Scholars Academy at Washington University in St. Louis to registrants of its upcoming 2023 Global Research Symposium and can be used at any U.S. Consulate or Embassy worldwide as part of a B1 or B2 U.S. Visa application process.

The letter of invitation, by no means, guarantees the issuance of a visa to the applicant. The applicant has to fulfill all US visa requirements and go through the application process for a US visa in order to be granted with a visa. In addition, the applicant must show that they will use the visa appropriately.
