Roy Ejiakuekwu is an ex-professional track and field sprinter who has represented Great Britain on multiple international stages, such as the European and World Junior Championships. As well as his success on the track, in 2016 he was awarded a full track and field scholarship to the University of Arkansas, where he pursued his academic endeavors. Four years later he received both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Operations Management (Industrial Engineering). Within those four years, he competed at the highest level of D1 sports and graduated as a six-time All-American, SEC, and NCAA Champion. Upon his sporting retirement, he began focusing on his professional journey as an industrial engineer at FedEx Ground. He supported the planning and execution of the largest FedEx sortation facility in the US in 2021 while also acting as the lead engineer for 15 additional buildings.

In addition to his career, Roy enjoys working within the community and helping to establish new, young talent. He still enjoys exercising and is developing his photography skills.
