Boos Wins Top 5 Oralist Award at International Law Competition
Anna Boos received the Top 5 Oralist award at the Denver Regional Competition of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competition held in February 2023. The Jessup is the world’s largest moot court competition, with participants from roughly 700 law schools in 100 countries and jurisdictions. The Jessup 2023 Competition concerns the interpretation of a peace treaty, deadly attacks in allegedly occupied territory, unilateral economic sanctions, and the legal consequences of failing to dispose of hazardous waste properly. Anna says, “the Jessup Moot Court competition is a fantastic opportunity to engage with the subject matter and form lifelong connections”.
