The McDonnell Academy is thrilled to announce the arrival of its 19th cohort of Scholars – 22 remarkable individuals, each bringing their unique perspectives and talents to enrich our community.
As we embark on the 2024-25 academic year, the Academy community grows to include 95 Scholars, each contributing to the dynamic fabric of our community. Our mission remains steadfast: to have a diverse and inclusive global network of Scholars from each partner university, the U.S., and international Scholars from around the world. This year’s cohort is a testament to that mission, with representation from 18 Washington University programs, 11 international universities, and our first Scholar from Greece, adding a new layer of cultural richness to our global community.
These new Scholars are not only distinguished by their academic pursuits across seven Washington University schools but also by their commitment to forging connections across borders and disciplines. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise are set to spark new collaborations and insights, driving forward the Academy’s tradition of excellence and innovation.
